Our story

Built by a son
who lives this every day.

Alma was born from a very personal place. My mother is 71 and lives alone. My grandmother is in her nineties and lives alone too. Both in South Texas — far from help, far from family.

Every night I asked the same questions. Are they okay? Did she fall? Did she take her medication? Is she lonely and not telling me?

I looked for something that could help. Everything I found was too expensive, too complicated, or too cold. Nothing was built for real families with limited budgets and elderly loved ones who just want to stay home.

So I built Alma. Not as a tech product. As a son and grandson who was scared and wanted to do something about it.
